Get ready to roll, shape, and laugh together in a hands-on pasta workshop! Learn how to turn just flour and water into delicious handmade pasta — no fancy equipment or ingredients needed. Perfect for friends, parent-child pairs, grandparents and kids, curious beginners, date afternoons, and anyone who wants a relaxed hands-on food experience. Everyone will leave with new skills, big smiles, and fresh pasta.

Meet Kristine

Bistro Springhouse was created by Kristine Jones, a Glenside local who loves making food from scratch, eating with the seasons, and helping people feel more confident in the kitchen.

What began as a personal love of handmade pasta, farmers market finds, and simple meals shared with family has grown into a community-centered workshop business rooted in curiosity, connection, and fresh ingredients.
